THIEFS! that's what they are.
Worker got the order wrong, overcharged us and didn't want to give us the money back because of their mistake
We spoke with the manager and he gave us absolutely no solution, also worker lied regarding that he confirmed the order with us.
So worst experience ever in a fast food chain.
Besides fries were far from being as good as in other Five Guys.

Food’s awesome but food prep area was not clean. Fries, buns, lettuce, wrappers etc. on the floor while staff walked through it. I was the only customer so you think one of the employees standing around could have picked up a broom. If it were busy I wouldn’t have thought twice about it. Never went back - if the employees don’t care about cleanliness then who knows what’s up with their own cleanliness and food handling.

Burgers Better Than In n Out. Dont belive me? Try them. Ask for all the addons you want. Mushrooms? Yes, free. Onions? Yes, how ever you like them. Jalapeños? Yup! Pickles, lettuce, bbq sauce, mayo, mustard, you get the point? I promise you'll like it.

Nice to have Five Guys just minutes away from home. Whenever I want a good, juicy burger, I'm there. It's located at the busy Pinole Shopping Center, but parking is usually not a problem on most days.

Came here with my wife and son. Our three burgers, albeit all different, were cooked to order! We've come to this Five Guys since they opened, and cannot think of anything bad to type. Music was better when they played 70's hits.

The hamburger was good, but very messy. The person that ordered it wanted it one way but good it with everything. The lady was nice. Fries were great.

Very good, but overpriced. I'll stick with Habit, In'N'Overrated, or Red Onion. The fries are a great deal, and the shakes are good, but a little too small. Eating here once a year should be good enough. Gourmet burger prices from a fast food establishment. The taste is there, but it's just another fast food place.

Went to pick up a takeout order. Saw a crowd of employees, none of them wearing masks. Was told to wait then informed 10 minutes later that there was no order to pick up. I left. Won't go back...
