Bravo to the Pineville IHOP team! First time visit and was not disappointed by far. The seating was almost immediately within 3 minutes of arrival. We also were seated in a clean table for two booth and had menus in place for only 2 minutes before our server introduced herself. The server was super engaged, and had our orders in promptly. Our choice was the breakfast sampler x 2 and the food was awesome! Eggs were hot and cooked precisely, pancakes right on point, and bacon with hashbrowns all checking the right boxes. We fully endorse this location, only to caution patrons getting in before 9am on weekends to avoid the large breakfast crowds. 😀

this is a horrible restaurant we wait almost 1hr and 30 min for the food and when we got the food its was just nasty uncook, the oatmelet did not had chees and burn onion no taste at all. my kids food was burn and creasy. i wont come back and PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS CRASH RESTAURANT.

Don't waste your time here. Arrived at 7:30 am (they open at 6:00 am) with my grand-kids. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took almost 10 minutes to see a server. Once she arrived it was clear she didn't want to be there - not friendly at all. Food took forever to be served (did I mention we were the only people there). Don't order the country fried steak which was straight out of the freezer. Finished our meal and again it took forever for a server to show up to get our check. At this point, there were 3 tables occupied including ours. The server finally brought out check and took my credit card. Upon here return, she placed it on the table without a word and left. The only reason I gave it 1 star as they wouldn't let me post 0 stars!!

Me my siblings and toddler went to eat breakfast yesterday around 10:00am we were sitting there without being greeted for about 20 minutes the serve would just look at us and keep in mind she only had one table a table of two people I understand the food industry because that’s the only jobs I’ve had it doesn’t take 20 minutes to greet a table worst part she came up didn’t even say hey what would you guys like to drink she just said what do you want to drink she got our drinks it was fine took we ordered our food it past another 20 minutes she gets 2 new tables her attitude towards them was completely different from ours she greeted them right away they got there food before us imagine and me having my toddler who was hungry me thinking I’m about to go get my toddler some breakfast I had to leave because he was hungry and the food had past more than 40 minutes all the other servers where greeting there table and getting there food in and out while we were her only table she would go to the bathroom walk around doing nothing wouldn’t even tell us hey the food is taking long because of this nothing but it would be the last time we go

We ate dinner on a Thursday evening around 6pm and our group of 6 were the only ones in the restaurant. There was only 4 people working and they were doing the best to keep the place clean however the floors and tables were very sticky. The main gentleman taking orders and serving food was very nice but was dressed rather sloppy for working in food service.
The food came out and was good.

The young hostess which I started was the best thing about the place and the male manager. We had an extremely long wait and the food came out cold and wrong. The two lady managers did seem pleasant. One suggestion if people are going to wait that long serve complimentary coffee or juice.

This was the most horrible ihop I have ever visited, and I normally LOVE ihop! The good was terrible! The service was sub par. We left 90% of what we were served on the table because it was so terrible. And still had to pay almost 100 dollars for our meal. I told the manager that the food was terrible and we couldn't eat most of it.. and she just said, OK thanks for letting me know. I sent an email to headquarters, and they are supposed to be fixing the fact that we paid so much for a meal that was inedible. We will see if they do fix it

The store owner has TERRIBLE customer service skills.
Had to come back and change my Review. I Came in on a Thursday. A man and the Onwer were seating people but not HELPING the only waiter.
Never had this problem before. Lack of Management skills
