Both manager and employee were very rude to us. I asked the guy to cut my sandwich and he said “ have you ever been to Subway before?“ then he said “ We cut every sandwich in half!” I’m pretty sure we were getting in the way of his phone time. Neither one of them would look us in the eyes.
It was really a horrible experience all the way around! I hesitated to get subway in the first place but they’re advertising is saying that they’ve changed, so I thought I’d try and see if there were any improvements, that’s not gonna happen again.

Standing in line, Boone else in store Took the two men or boys, 5 minutes before even acknowledging we were there. They were concentrating on to go orders but never looked up after placing order , no onions. HAd all we could do with walking out and leaving. No customer service. Sad🙁🤔😠plus not one napkin. 2 sandwiches. Well go back to one Park Blvd.

This place was terrible the employee lost his temper and started bang things around he went crazy. There was flies on the food so we said something and the employee went crazy slamming the oven door and closing the door down on the cold cuts to make the sandwiches this is so unacceptable I complained to subway and got a unacceptable response. This Subway will not do anything about there employee that did this I have never ever been treated that way in a public place. We were there on a Friday 6/27/22 about 7 or 7 :30 pm . The employee said I guess we aren't making wraps . I ended up walking out . This experience was TERRIBLE!

The few ladies working today between the hours 12-1 were very very polite and made our sandwiches perfectly! Thank you for being so kind and for the great subs!:)

Worst subs I ever had. I ordered online specifically told them what I wanted. When I got there the food was not ready and I was there after the time It said it would be done.The food was horrible! My steak sandwich was completely cold the steak was like it wasn't even cooked. I also said light jalapenos it's like they put extra. The green peppers and onions were raw. I also ordered a tuna fish sandwich which I usually love with bacon on it and the bacon was like it wasn't even cook both of them are supposed to be toasted in both of them were cold. I will never order from that Subway ever again!!!

⛔DONT NEVER GO HERE!⛔ not only is the food made very poorly but The manager naira I believe, is very lazy and the last two times I have been there she has complained about happening to make sandwiches and how she "really needs to be leaving right now but you stuck here making sandwiches for people" those were her exact words to the customers. I have called and brought it to higher management attention and she is still there my next experience was...... This time I was charged for three items that I did not receive and when I asked about it she told me she was busy. But I was still charged for it and my order was still sent out when I asked for a refund she was very rude about it and I ended up having to call corporate to get it handled, also she is so nasty to the young employees, it's a sad work experience for a kid fresh out of high school for as I was told was still currently in high school and working a full-time job. I felt so bad for the way she was treating this young child he was about to cry and someone had to stand up for him no. DO BETTER SUBWAYS THE FACE OF YOUR PLACE SHOULD BE A PEOPLE PERSON WHI WANTS TO BE AT WORK AND CAN RESPECT PEOPLE who work there and to our customers

Ordered 3 subs ....... SUB #1 was missing 3 toppings....SUB #2 was missing 2 toppings and.... SUB #3 was toasted when I didn't put anything to be toasted. I ordered this online not over the phone so not sure how they manage to mess it ALL up. I even RE checked my order and ofcourse everything i asked for is on the receipt. But it never made it on my subs. never going here again.
