Subway

Service was extremely horrible . We had to wait in line 12 minutes. The employee served with such a negative attitude. I ordered a tuna wrap she put mustard on it. She took tuna off of.my wrap and instead of replacing the wrap she wiped the mustard off my rap instead. And acted as if I was annoying her. She then made my friends sandwich and everything on the bar basically looks like it's been sitting there for a while. She then proceeded to make my friends sandwich and didn't make sure it was closed. She cut it while it was open and just wrapped it up in the paper. Cold cut combo meat was discolored. Just sad.

This location WILL mess up your online order more often than not. We usually order 2 subs mid-week around 4pm and it never seems crazy busy when we pick it up and yet the sauces get switched (buffalo on ham and honey mustard on buffalo chicken? come on) or ingredients get left off which is very annoying when you paid for a premium sub with steak and avocado and get a turkey sub covered in mayonnaise. We usually pick up at the drive-through and don't realize the mistakes until we're home. I think we're gonna switch locations from here on out.

Although they have gotten a little more expensive there this was by far one of the best trips we've made there, the woman who helped me and my apologies since I didnt catch your name, was super nice and listened to each sub request and made each one perfectly!! And with my family that goes a long way with us so keep up the excellent job!!

I used the drive up because I had my dogs with me and there was a delay due to someone inside the store with a complicated request. The guy who took my order was very polite, apologetic, and explained the delay. He made sure to change his gloves in between handling that person's order with bacon before finishing my order with no meat. I very much appreciate it and wish I had his name so I could give a shout out. He was wonderful and I will definitely come back because of him.
