Mcdonald's

We ordered 2 bacon/egg sandwiches, one with cheese. We got the one with cheese. The other was a sausage and egg. The muffins were so stale they were inedible. Staff was very polite. Coffee was good. Very disappointed.because we didn't realize it until we were quite a distance away. Not worth going back.

The staff at this location are GREAT, but I had a pretty traumatizing incident at breakfast this morning. I ordered the 2 breakfast burrito combo meal and discovered a 1.5" bone in my second burrito. What does McDonalds have on the menu that has bones it? Like how did a bone even accidentally make it's way into the burrito? Super gross and I'll probably never get those breakfast burritos again.

The service was terrible!! I asked for a "glass" of water when I picked up my order and she walked away and never came back! After a few minutes someone else came back and took care of me. By the time I sat down my fries were cold...ugh I hate cold fries! My burger was cold and dry as well, so was my hubby's...and as usual the ice cream machine broke down... At 1 PM... I will probably never go back to that location.

This morning stopped in at 1100 with the family. Walked right in with no problem and used the bathroom, which is slippery as a sprayed frying pan. Wife ordered on the kiosk inside. I ran out to the car to grab something and the manager walks out, locks the door and tells me they are not doing dine in, because she is short staff. I counted six people working and one talking on his phone. I told her my family is in there and we already ordered. She let me come back in grab our food and leave. I have seen dine in restaurants with two workers feed multiple families and be able to clean a bathroom you don't slip in and bust tables with real plates. The double drive thru line was ridiculous and I had to back all the way back to the front of the building to get out.

2 times in the last week alone this location has cheated me out of at least 8$ I dont have a lot of time to get back to the hospital and my order should have been right both times. I let it go the 1st time but this last time they forgot so much food after they even rattled it off to me what was in the bag. NOT OK! This is how they make money. Not from people buying food but by them keeping it! I won’t go back.

This McDonald’s causes more issues by not opening the lobby area for orders. The drive thru lines are absolutely ridiculous. It’s not conditioned for people that have only 30 minutes for lunch. The restaurants in the area are opened back up much better than this establishment. They need to think about their customers real needs and provide better customer service. Also, the staff needs to be trained properly when taking orders. Every time I have gone to this particular site, our order is completely messed up. After you wait an outrageous period of time just to place your order and then you’re able TO PLACE ONE; they don’t care enough to provide satisfactory customer service and put your order together as you ordered it. I hope this review will reach someone in upper management and correct this situation.
