Pei Wei

Great food.. but they've messed up my order twice. I was once charged more for a meal than what their pamphlet clearly stated the price would be. I was also given my meal without the meat I asked for. On a good note, they gave me an additional meal to take home. Update: Had to take away one star, again, because they forgot to include my with my to-go order. Now making it three orders they messed up. I love the food man. That's why I keep coming back. But please..

Probably the worst Asian food I’ve ever had. Been here a few times, theres no consistency in the portion sizes, since they always give different plates with different sizes, even if you order the same dish. The place is clean and looks very good, but the food is simply terrible. I wont be coming back here, since it never fails to disappoint.

I love to eat at Pei Wei because their food is very delicious. however I went the other day with some family and friends and I found it may need to improve just a little bit on their customer service skills. We ordered for plates of food and for drinks. Then after waiting for a half an hour for our food we were told that we were taking it to go because they were closing. Excuse me, when you take an order for for adult dinners if you're about to close you need to tell the people before you take their order or at least ask them is this an order to go because we're closing in form the guest! Instead, they took the order Halas wait 30 minutes for it which I think is pretty fast no complaints on the timing but right before the order came out they told us our order was to go! No no no we were never told you were closing or we would have laughed and ordered somewhere else so you refund our money or you refund our money! Then we were allowed to sit there and eat our our meal meanwhile the person that waited on us had a very bad attitude and started putting up chairs and giving us dirty looks because he was in a rush to go home! Perhaps he should be behind the cash register informing people that we're closing at 8 p.m.! Unacceptable Behavior excellent food it's a tough review I expect better from Pain way!

The food was decent, the portions were OK. You have to order your food at the register and they'll give you a number so the waiter can take your food to the table. They don't have any healthy options as far as drinks goes (besides obviously water) so overall it just feels like an average fast food restaurant.
