It took a long time to get my food, but the staff was very polite. The were obviously under staffed. It was noon so I was expecting it to be busy, but the staff was calm and handled everything as best they could. They gave priority to the drive through which is understandable. I was disappointed by the wait time, but the staffs professional demeanor and when my food was being prepared the gentleman who took my order made a point to let me know. Good people good food just need more staff.

We waited a very long time in line before we were even addressed, after which we waited to get our order even longer and it was short of what we ordered. The biscuits were a little under baked for my taste but over all the food was good. The manager however, did makeup for the blunders along the way with free food.

The chicken tastes so much better when this young man Stephen Reed fries it. You can tell he cares about what he does. We go on and of we dont see him we leave. Why we've had to hey refunds chicken not cooked all the way through. Tough chicken.

Cashier was rude by hitting his hand and saying he can't wait till he got another job. Floor was mopped with greasy water. Almost slipped. Had to take baby steps to get my drink. Food was really greasy and burnt. Never going back. Also they got my order wrong. Was right on the receipt but got a totally different meal.

This is the worst KFC/ restaurant in the area. The employees are rude and lazy. They told us they didn’t have any cups for drinks. When we drove up to get our food we could see the cups behind them. We asked them about them and they rolled their eyes and gave us our drinks after. I will never be going back.

Continued to tell us to go ahead with our order, then changed their minds and said hold on several times. Also have given me my food several times missing the sides. I waited for 45 minutes one night and was still missing food.

I ordered original 10 piece chicken and large gravy cost was extremely high and the chicken was not washed. The chicken was fried in old grease. The restaurant was not clean. And waited 20 minutes . 1 star

Drive through got my order wrong had to drive back and get correct order and the Mgr was acting like it was my fault. Then they gave me chicken that wasn't fresh. But what can you expect from people anymore?
