Wendy's

We got there at 11 am on Easter Sunday & the lady working the front was friendlier than anyone I’ve ever met in a fast food joint. She was the sweetest!!! We chatted & told her about our trip & she wished us safe travels as she refilled our drinks. I’ve never been there & may never find myself that way again, but I hope she knows that she made our day!

I placed a mobile order. Got there to be told they were out of fries, spicy nuggets, onions and more. Offered chili in place of the fries and agreed. Got home and the chili was the only thing in the bag! Had to drive all the way back across town to pick up the sandwiches. There was no apology offered.

I just left here not even five minutes ago and they got my order wrong twice making it I order from here all the time and I love Wendy’s but just about every time I go there my other is never right like they act like they don’t know how to make it or something a NUMBER 9 that’s all I want they got me hooked on it then charge me for it but wont sale me the meal I suddenly fading away from them frfr

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Every time I go here I have to wait in line for over 45 minutes before I’m ever even able to order and when I finally receive my food, it’s incorrect and they act like they don’t care to correct the order and give me what I originally paid for without an attitude.

I got to Wendy's at just after 10am. There were 2 other cars in the drive thru. I ended up waiting over half an hour in line, a good part of that sitting at the menu waiting to order listening to silence coming out of the speaker to hear that I can't order breakfast because it's too late for breakfast. This is the 3rd time I've gone up there and had to wait an ungodly amount of time, and there more than likely won't be a 4th. Update: Have not gone back myself since, but went with a friend who placed a mobile order. Same situation of waiting an inordinate amount of time, but they also managed to almost completely get her order wrong AND refused to give her the Baconator she'd bought with rewards points because, and I quote, "The Wendy's app has nothing to do with us." Yes, the Wendy's app has nothing to do with Wendy's. That was the excuse. Just don't go there, the whole place is a joke.
