I ordered the 2 Piece Breast & Wing Combo ended up having to go through the drive-thru 3 different times because the first time they didn't have any Crispy. Finally, the third time around they had chicken but no biscuits so I asked for coleslaw and Mac-N-Cheese instead since the mashed potatoes and gravy aren't any good without the biscuits. Got home and when I went to eat I noticed that they gave me mashed potatoes and gravy, no biscuit, as well as Mac-N-Cheese, BUT no coleslaw. Could have been much better!

When I was a kid, my grandfather would buy KFC for the family, almost every Sunday. We would get out of church, head home, but stop at his house first to eat. My grandmother would ride out and get it, then we would have a great dinner. But, in the past 5 years or so, I've only eaten there a few times and I will tell you why. If you pay attention, the place is always dirty and looked like no one cleans. The chicken looked and taste old, not to mention, it wouldn't even be luke warm. Several times and I am not sure how this happens, the skin on the chicken would be so tough and rubbery, you couldn't bite through it, you had to just try to pull it off. The biscuits would be hard as a rock and the coleslaw felt like is had been under a heat lamp, it was so warm. The service was terrible, the people there taking orders were not nice at all. Some of them looked like they needed a bath. Which they fit perfectly because it was so dirty on the inside. Several times, while walking in, the floor would be so slick with grease or lack of mopping, I have almost fallen. I wouldn't tell my enemies to go here and eat. It's not worth the money, the food has gone down hill and it unsanitary. I would give this place a 1 star, but I am doing 2 stars, 1 of them just because of my childhood memories, with my grandfather and grandmother. If you want chicken, go somewhere else.

Went today order 3 piece which comes with potatoes & slaw and a biscuit so told them to substitute slaw for another potato which said was fine and ordered xtra biscuit but didn’t receive any biscuits but charged me for the xtra and charged me for the potatoes as xtra when it was supposed to be substituted normally I don’t complain but this makes 4 different times it’s happened..
