Hardee's

It's been over a year since I've ate there last. A shame because I live right next to it and Love Hardee's burgers. Unfortunately they still haven't fixed anything over there apparently. I ordered an original thick burger. It came with mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickles. It had no onions and ketchup. I would say they may have made a mistake and given me the wrong burger in my order, but there wasn't anyone there that didn't work there. So maybe I'll give it another year. See if they ever cycle through the staff again and get things right. Either way don't waste your time anytime soon there.

Every other Hardee's in the SC upstate area has been a horrific experience. This store has been my only good experience since moving here. The food was fresh and timely, and the manager kayla and her crew deserve a raise or at the very least praise for their hard work and phenomenal customer service. I wish other owners, GMs, and managers would take a note out of Kayla and her crews book. Maybe then I'd consider giving other stores another chance. I find that unlikely tho. Thank you Kayla and crew for the great food and service.

Unfortunately this Hardee's is just not good. Pulled up to the mic to order and no one ever asked to take the order. Pulled up to the window and after a few minutes someone finally sauntered around from the kitchen. Put in our order and pulled up to wait for our food. We got all straight fries even tho we order one order of curly and the fries smell and taste bad. No straws. We'll see how the burgers are...

Closed at 7:30 when the sign says 10? I see an employee on the laptop inside the building. Not awesome :( edit: tried to give thus place another try since its close to my house, the drive threw girl asked me to come inside instead of using the drive through bc if I didn't know what I wanted immediately I would ruin her drive through time. Unbelievable.

Horrible experience after horrible experience! I'm not sure why I even try this location anymore!! Friday at 530pm sitting in your drive thru and there is no one on location to take a order. Drive around to the window and call the business phone. No answer. I'm convinced no one cares about this business any longer.
