Ellie assisted me in placing my order during lunch time today. The service was nothing less than professional and very polite in considering my short amount of time that I had on my lunch break to get my food. When I place my order, Ellie ran back to the kitchen to make sure it was dropped right away without me even asking. This is the kind of service that makes me wanna return here versus the other restaurants in the area. Ellie should be recognized by management for this outstanding customer service by going above and beyond with a smile and pleasant demeanor.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I waited well over an hour close to 2 hours to get my food when it said it would be there within at least 30min. The app said it was still out for delivery. I call the stupid store and they were like it “contactless delivery” and has been delivered. I got outside and my food is COLD and nasty and you could tell it had been just sitting there. No update as to when it was dropped off or anything! I was to get a refund 1/7 and it’s 1/21 and still no refund!!! Iv talked to so many representatives and managers and they keep saying wait a few more days but my request for a refund is still in a “pending” status for review. WHY? Horrible store!!! Lack of responsibility and communication

If possible this would be (-2⭐). Simple order, my husband. I picked it up has 2 slices & left for work, i finally got a break to eat....& SURPRISE...! Pan crust, well done, light sause. Could not be accomplished. Then scolded by the manager She talked AT me, saying she personally made it and she knows exactly what Pan crust is, i tried explaining this is not what the pizza looks ot tastes with order given, she refused to listen, told me, specified me to come back and speak to the general manager, there's nothing for her to do, i just wanted a refund, or done correctly. I suposse we'll see tomorrow. This is not fair... we work hard for money just like most people, the one time a week we get to treat ourselves with something small & this happens...💔😔

Placed an order last night. Waited over an hour, Once my pizza arrived it was cold, soggy, and looked like someone threw my pizza around. I called and the manager gave me a complimentary pizza which i do appreciate. However the second pizza came back even worst. The pizza was soggy,cold, and just gross.

Order through a food app like doordash, Uber eats or GrubHub. Otherwise you will wait 2 hours for your cold food since there's "only one driver". Mind you this is not during their rush. This is late at night. How busy can they be late on a Monday night but yet they wanna get paid for doing the bare minimal. They can't even deliver somewhere down the street at my friends house. RIDICULOUS! Save yourself the money & cook at home! It would be faster! They also never want to answer their phone. When I did get through the guy hung up on me while I was still talking. GOOD LUCK if you still order after this review! UPDATE! Never got my pizza & I kept calling until closed time which was 12AM. I need a REDUND!
