Great espresso, but the staff always gets my order wrong! Staff at Starbucks never get my order wrong, they don't have the strongest espresso. If they did, I'd never visit Dunkin' ever again.

The food is good, although the hash browns are usually cold. The coffee is good as long as you don't go after 1pm. Anytime after that, you'll be given coffee that tastes stale and burnt. The employees are really nice and friendly.

I always get Iced coffee with mocca swirls, no sugar and just cream. All I have to say .. Watch out Starbucks with your overpriced mediocre coffee. Dunkin is SO MUCH BETTER. Never changing back.
Also Dunkins dark brew, yummy. So good. I don't know how people don't go to the place that still has acceptable prices on coffee and food. And it tastes 100 times better then the other one.

I love this Dunkin.. the workers are actually nice and friendly unlike the one down the road. I went to the one on 19th Ave and they literally filled my cup right under the 2nd line b/c I asked for no ice… I said that so crazy and ridiculous they want to be rude about it so I said here take it back refund me and waste the product. Went here and got a respectable drink as usual… I don’t know why I don’t just drive the extra 4 minutes everyday!!!!

I only rated the food as a 3 star because I mostly go there for coffee. I get their doughnuts once in a while and they are pretty good. I don't order any of their other food...

My drinks are always delicious and look great. Donuts are always fresh. I usually order ahead and when I get there they let me know if they don't have what I ordered and I am flexible and get something else. The staff is great.

The line always moves fast inside or drive thru and the food and drinks are pretty much almost immediately ready 🔥

I was in line behind a customer asking for refund, both lady’s that helped her were extremely professional and kind. And then the ticket machine jammed I believe so they lost my drink order, but the 5 stars is because 3 separate people checked on me and made my drinks right away. Stuff happens all the time and people always go out of their way to leave bad reviews, but that kind of customer service is incredible. Even busy they always make my weird drinks and are super friendly. Give everyone at this location a raise ❤️
