Cold Stone

Walked in 10 minutes till close on New Years Eve. Was greated by a couple very nice people who, eventhough ready to be home for new years. Took great care of us! Highly recommend. Those 2 workers went above and beyond with my requests and I plan to call and let their manager know how much their help was appreciated!!

Who doesn't like ice cream !! I get the coffee lovers which has heath bars...the server at the counter was very nice and talkative..she did tell us that their coupons never expire so it was my husband's birthday which we signed up for their email and he received a buy one get one free for his birthday..the lady told us to screen shot the coupon and we can use it forever!! We'll never have to pay for 2 again!!! Which is good because the big love it is $6.95

The ice cream is Rich, as always. The serving sizes are large. The flavor variety, and customizable combinations can make every trip interesting. The location is nice, right in the main courtyard area of the mall. Plenty of seating areas, and in the winter, they even have heaters outside. Its a good place to bring friends or kids.

1/21/2019 I cannot get enough of this place. We frequent Desert Ridge for many things but mostly FOOD!! I love to stop into Cold Stone Creamery after a movie, or shopping, or even dinner. This location is great! The service has always been amazing, especially the manager, Tessa. They are all so sweet (pun intended) as we discuss ice cream choices and they are always on top of the newest flavors. I use them for catering all the time. We have various business events and their catering options are ALWAYS a hit, especially as a wedding addition. I could not be more please with the management. They are always accommodating and offer fun little extras to customize cakes, cookies, and cupcakes for my customers and special occasions. Personally, my favorite location outside of Tempe Market Place! Get some ice cream and support these guys!!!
