Little Caesars

I spent all morning struggling with an overheating car in the Phoenix summer heat and eventually limped my car into the parking lot of this location. I had to wait for an extremely long time for a tow. I was hungry and dehydrated from a long, hot morning. I walked inside this Little Caesar's location covered in sweat and dirt to purchase food. Sarah was trying to handle the store after receiving an order for 20 pizzas. She let me stay in the A/C while I waited for my pizza and then allowed me to eat my pizza even though there is no place to sit inside. I eventually had a friend pick me up because I had to meet a deadline for work. Sarah allowed me to leave my car key with her so that I didn't have to stay there to wait for the tow truck or leave my car in the parking lot unlocked with the keys inside of it. Thank you, Sarah, for making a nightmare of a day just a little better with your kindness!

My pizza is always great at this location. The service here though is not the best. Usually I'm waiting in their very claustrophobic lobby for 5-10 minutes to be helped. They have pizza portal machines for contactless, and expedited pickup, but they don't even use them. When they used to use them, you could be in and out of this place in less than a minute once your pizza was ready. If they went back to using the pizza portals, I'd definitely rate them higher.
