This place horrible. Out of all the Dunkin’ Donuts this is the only one where the staff works as slow as possible. It takes forever and I mean forever to receive any type of order you place. Compared to other Dunkin’ Donuts who is fast and efficient this one needs to be shut down or a change in employees. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN find another one in the area if you want to ensure promptness
Update - the new staff are awesome - definitely needed that change! So I’m changing my review to a 5 star

I came in not knowing it was time for closing, the staff were so nice especially Star was a really shining star, I’ve told her that I am pregnant and so hungry needed a sandwich and hash browns she went out of her way and made it for me and she even served me iced water due to the heat. Star demonstrated the best customer service. Thank you Star for making my day.

I come to dunkin every morning before I go to work and when I do I'm always helped by a young man name Rashad. I must say he has great customer service and he always do a great job. I had to come give him a great review because It's been times when l've came and he wasn't there and the service was bad. Whoever the manager needs to give that young man a raise because he's definitely making the restaurant better.

I wasn’t having a good day due to my cat needing an emergency surgery near by. So as I’m waiting I decided to get a donut and beverage. I’m very particular with my drinks and the menu made things even more indecisive for me… FORTUNATELY My coffee was delicious thanks to Jada! I really enjoyed her recommendation and conversation. She is so sweet and took her time with me when I had a slight attitude.

We walked over last night a short time before closing and had the most incredible guy help us. I'm sorry, I don't know his name, but he has some pretty cool tattoos. He was so kind, helpful, and an absolute joy to us and my granddaughters. Thank you!!

I have been here a few times now. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes they could use more staff but the ones there and working are pleasant and trying. Food good. Had a breakfast sandwich today that hit the spot but usually get iced coffee. Food was quick and certainly fair prices. Kids love their avocado toast .... it’s all the rage !!

Haven't had luck with the Bosa donuts down the block, so I decided to stop here. The sausage, egg and cheese wraps were delicious (I think they are available all day). Thank you to the gentleman behind the counter who recommended the double order.
The staff here get an A plus as a customer with an $8 order was a little difficult to them. They handled it like a boss.
The Coffee donut was amazing as well as almost every other donut in the picture.
