Subway

Trinity was fantastic!! She kept the place so spotless. When she made my sandwich it was just right with everything even down to the sauces. If I could give her a higher rating I would! She really deserves a raise or employee of the month!! She such a kind hearted girl and went above an beyond to serve me. The way she worked her butt off to serve you the way you should be unlike everyone else there. She was so amazing and I’d go back anytime if she was the one making my food 😊

Edit: the guy was new and didn't mean to. Everything good now Come here all the time but recently has gone down hill. Last night got my usual sandwich but it was SO flat, I ate my whole 12 inches within 5 min. If im paying 13 bucks for a footlong, I except to see some MEAT in there. I'll be making sure next time I come in that it's not gonna be flat with mostly veggies and sauces.

I was in line and Ethan was cashing out a previous customer. Ethan then turned around and washed his hands, dried them on a paper towel and then put on new gloves and asked me for my order. Amazing health standards are being followed by this young man. I thanked him and think he deserves to be acknowledged by his boss for exemplary standards. He was also very polite.

Young girl with curly hair glasses was absolutely wonderful and even though she was busy and overwhelmed she handled things wonderfully. Her coworker (taller, overweight, low pony tail with a “friend” in the lobby) however, she seemed to only be able to do one thing at a time and that didn’t include helping the girl working with customers.

Had to give the place a 5 star immediately, this hella nice dude named Adrian had a great and open attitude, not shying away or awkward in conversation. We were talking about our working experiences and why he liked the job. Already I was thinking “damn this guy’s cool,” and HAD to at least tip the guy a few bucks. I started eating the awesome sandwich he put together for me then I was like “Hmm I should get a drink,” went to pick up a Gatorade and he comes right out and hands me a drink cup he paid for out of his own pocket. Coming to this subway only from now on.

I would like to thank the staff of the 35th Ave and Thunderbird location! You are awesome ❤️ On 9/29/21 at 7pm, What could have ended disastrous, you continued to prepare my order and change the items that could not be made, without hesitation. And that is exceptional customer service. You went above and beyond to make sure our order was complete. Thank you! I’m sorry I didn’t get your name. Just know you are amazing!
