Denny's

We came to visit from CA and Jose was our server. He made us feel very welcome and was very good to us. He made sure we got what we needed and you can tell he has great relationships with the customers that comes into the diner. Christine was also very welcoming the place was very neat and the food was great and came in a timely manner.

Thank you for your friendly approach and excellent customer service Timothy! The attention we received today was great! Overall our experience at this Dennys was outstanding and thanks to that we have found our new go to Dennys here in Phoenix! There was so many people and usually that gives other Denny’s a challenge but that was not the case at this location! You can see that all the team members work together here and amazingly fast. Also i have never seen management more involved with their employees at a restaurant than this location!! Wowed!!!

Service and food was great. Had no problem with either of them. At checkout the man at the register I assume was the manager did not greet me or asked how my dinning was. I asked him for my Veteran's Discount and even showed him my Veteran's Card but he didn't give it to me. I paid my bill and he did not thank me for dinning there. He didn't even have a smile. Hopefully he doesn't treat all veterans and other customers like that.
