Taco Bell

We ordered a several boxes of tacos, soft & crunchy for an event, they were delivered in a reasonable time frame, but one box of tacos was stacked upon another, which damaged several of the crunchy tacos. It was also a little disappointing to only find a small amount of napkins included, and no sauce whatsoever. One would expect a bit more when you have an order that runs over a hundred and forty dollars.

Very good job tonight. The tacos were hot and full. We've had super skimpy tacos at various TB locations before. (Don't be like that other taco place, Taco Bell.) But tonight there was enough meat and cheese and plenty of lettuce. They were good tacos. The burrito had enough onions and sauce. The Mexican pizza is an old favorite of mine, but I don't get it anymore because it's not worth 5 bucks. However, my mom doesn't care--she just wants something she can eat that doesn't choke her, and she found it. She hasn't been to a Taco Bell in 20+ years but she tried the Mexican pizza tonight and said she'd eat that again, so that's a win. The service was good, great even. Since my mom hasn't been there in this century, she had lots of questions about the menu and the sweet girl behind the drive-thru speaker patiently answered them all. I was glad there was no one behind us, nevertheless I really appreciated her courtesy.

EDIT: been going back recently and they have improved greatly. I order a 5-layer with no sour cream and they have not missed it a single time and my partner has a slightly complicated order that is always made correctly as well. Normally hasn’t been a bad place but recently it has gone extremely down hill. The burritos and tacos only have enough filling to fill half of what it is supposed to and I’ve also been given the wrong order the last two times I have been. So I apologize for whoever’s food I was given. I promise I did not want it. Taco Bell just decided to not do their job.

My granddaughter my daughter and I came to have lunch here at Taco Bell. We saw that they have the ordering screen to electronically order our food. Which was really cool. And very easy to use. If you don't scroll up on the menu you won't see everything the menu has to offer. So we submitted our order via the order screen and waited for our order. Somehow our order got screwed up and they did not know who the order belong to. And we walked over there and our order somehow became separated which was really irritating. Although that happened yeah, I observed that the restaurant was very clean and orderly the restaurant is very nice. State-of-the-art decor and nice employees. Clean restrooms. There is disabled parking and plenty of reg parking with drive-thru as well. The prices are absolutely wonderful. I ordered a bean burrito with onions and green sauce at a very low prize like 1.49 or so. The restaurant was very serene and quiet and there was plenty of seating. I would recommend this Taco Bell. It is centrally located on 3rd Street and McDowell. I gave this restaurant at 4 because of the mix-up on our order.
