I enjoy visiting this location. Worker Zoe is always very pleasant. She greets me with a smile every time and is always very personable. It is nice to grab my coffee and sit out in the courtyard where there are table and chairs.

I work downtown and this is my "go-to" spot. It is a typical busy Starbucks that you would expect in a downtown area. The staff is fast, efficient, and friendly. I see other reviews where a mistake was made and them bashing this place. Everyone is human and they see hundreds of people each day. Small mistakes happen and if you ask, they will make it right! Keep up the great work team! Best quad shot in town!

Always delicious, always consistent. However, Phoenix prices though are higher than most U.S. cities I've visited, even NY. $8.40 for a tall latte and a cake pop!!! Ouch.

This location is always clean, fast, and has the nicest employees. Considering it's always busy, they do a great job keeping the pace flowing!

Customer service is always 100 here. Wish there wasn't so many homeless people hanging out but eh it's downtown, what can you do. Props to the staff for having to deal with that everyday. 🙂

Alright so I worked at this location for nearly two years. And I'm going to give you all my honest opinion. Next, these baristas are my family. They are the nicest bunch you'll ever meet. They will learn your name no matter how much you're in. They'll remember your drink and make it for you perfectly every time.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. This store has been remodeled and looks alot better than the older one did. There are homeless around but most don't bother you there are at least 2 that may ask for a handout but very rare at least when I am here.

Newly remodeled and I like.the new layout, drink wasn't correct when I received it I spoke up and they resolve the issue in a timely manner great service. Mistakes can happen Starbucks is well known for taking care of their mistakes really quick.
