The staff tonight was amazing. They were very busy and handled the traffic well. Unfortunately there was a very rude customer in front of me but they handled it with class and professionalism. Kuddos to your staff.

Great service. Fast, efficient, and clean. Caleb and Embri were amazing last night!! Picked up and online order and bought ice cream in under 3 minutes. Polite great service!! Amazing picture perfect ice cream definitely recommend!!

Every time I go in the employees are smiling and greet my family and I right away! This one younger gentleman, Devlin…. My daughter (4 years old) very indecisive…. He was so patient and offered her samples. N helped build as she said the best ice cream ever! I think Embry is the manager, she’s very welcoming and super helpful with her employees! Caleb was also very helpful with helping co-workers especially when they got busy. Over all 10 outta 10

Love this Cold Stone location! Customer service is always great and the staff is always friendly! However, my husband and I tried to come here tonight (Wednesday, December 8th, 2021) around 9:30 PM and you guys were already closed as of 9:00 PM. Typically, you guys are open until 10:00 PM according to your current Google hours posted. My husband walked up to the door to see what was going on and you guys had a sign posted reflecting December hours. Please change your hours on Google as soon as possible, so that your biggest fan customers can keep coming back. Thanks again, and Merry Christmas and/or Happy Holidays! :-)

Date night dessert choice. Hubby and I enjoyed our Oreo explosion...some name like that lol. It was perfect and it took care of our sweet craving. Perfect to share, it is really rich!
