Einstein Bros

Staff very courteous and professional love this place come here every morning. Purchase a cup of coffee save recite and for rest of that day you receive free refills of coffee. What more could a coffee junkie lol need. FYI heard through the grapevine that Hyatt is Dropping Einstien Bros. Name and going to rename it the "Market Place" or the Market very soon. 5-28-18 Hyatt has closed Einstein's and is now in process of rebranding the coffee shop into the Market opening Jun 3rd Or so. The Market is now open at the Hyatt.

Einstein Brothers Bagel store is located in the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Phoenix. Every morning I went there to eat breakfast and there was a line. It was amazing to me how quickly the folks working there move the line along and how friendly they were early in the morning. Besides the bagels they make various coffee drinks and some smoothies. It's a great place to eat breakfast if you're staying near the convention center or at the Hyatt Hotel.

This location is located near the lobby area of the downtown Hyatt. The actual restaraunt area is kind of small. You can get your order and eat in a small area in the Hyatt or in a spacious shaded exterior dining area. They offer most of the dishes from most other Einstein Bros location but with a slightly limited menu. Coffee is also really good here

So excited to learn that they had a gluten free bagel! I have Celiac Disease so I was thrilled to learn that they prepare your gluten free bagel in the back in a separate toaster and away from other food prep. The workers were incredibly nice and professional and the bagel tasted great too! Win win win.
