Kfc

I've visited this branch 3 or 4 times and I have promised never to return. The staff is slow and not very helpful. I've experienced ordering a meal online, driving there to collect only to find the outlet closed. Only then did I realize that my order had been cancelled moments before. My last visit (2/18) I got home before realizing that I didn't get what I had ordered!

Not gonna lie, this place looks dirty. Clean the dining area and open it back up. Just so lazy. Almost every other restaurant has their dining areas open again. Employees and managers on their phone while I'm tryna place my order. Also as the manager you should lead by example and wear your gloves🤢

We found the kfc. Got there and some guy says drive-thru only. At that time there was at least four to five cars so we had to wait. We asked for what we saw online which was a 10-piece with two sides and that was not on the menu. So we had to get the 12 piece with three sides. Got up to the window listening to our background employees working using the n word. I said oh my god. Got home to eat the food the rolls weren't so great the green that green beans were watery seemingly like the day prior. And I give it a two because I should have went to a better neighborhood to find a fresh caring customer service environment.
