Taco Bell

The kiosk that i was told to use because the employees were to lazy to take my order was broken and wouldn't accept my payment. I ended up have to be rung up by an employee anyway, she was not completely rude but also not at all polite or welcoming just blah. There was another guest who didnt receive their correct order and had come back to get the items. The manager seemed unconcerned and frustrated that the person came back to have it corrected,she ordered someone to make the food and made fun of the customer loudly with the rest of the staff when the customer left. She did however tell them that their next meal would be on her (kee) although i highly doubt they would be back (Myself included) .. the food was fine, the experience was disappointing along with the staff but its taco bell you get what you pay for.

The food is ok but expensive. Reached there at 3:30 pm the girl cashier who was sweeping outside the counter said we closing at 4pm. Took the broom inside the door didn’t wash hands and started taking order ringing up wrong stuff.forgot to give my my large cup. I asked if they had Cinnabon delights was told the fryer was shut already. She seemed like she was in a rush to go home while they closed at 4pm. They still have half an hour I don’t get it. Worst customer service.
