Little Caesars

I called this location 4 times to place an order for pickup and they did not answer. So I decided to go to the location. When I placed my order I informed the girl working the counter that I called and there was no answer, she game me an attitude by giving me a sarcastic smile. As I sat there waiting on my order I decided to call from my cell to see if the issue was with their phone and it turned out they were simply not answering the phone. Other customers called while I was waiting and they did not answer their calls also. Such poor service. I actually watched them take orders without putting the orders in on the register. The girl also turned another customer away another customer away when he walked in at 10:05pm by tell the customer they were about to close in 30 minutes. The hours are open until 11pm. That's so unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location again.

I called a day ahead of time for 8 pizzas and when I arrived and gave my name mind you it was for a group of 30 elementary kids the girl looked at me like I had 10 heads. I said my name and asked if there was a little Caesars near by I'm not sorry that had ruined your morning or mood but to have one because the worker who took the call didn't write it down the info be upset with him. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make new pizzas and when I got back some were cooked and some were barely cooked. I think I was more bothered not about things being banged around in the back but how all those packs of cookies were slammed on the box with napkins. Thank God for a windy day and carrying out 8 boxes without being offered help napkins blew everywhere sigh. Glenolden Caesar's staff not only get the door for you but offer to open your car door. 2nd year I used this one for our school party next year not so sure I will.

Ordered through the app . Cashier didn’t seem interested in helping my get my food out of the hot box . When I type in my code it said invalid code . She basically told me she knows nothing else just to put it in the hot box . And walked away . I stood there 5 mins trying to figure out what’s going on or how to get my food out. Turns out they never confirmed the order on their end . She did something in the system , and then magically my code worked . It was annoying . I would have gave 4 stars , but my cashier gave me my drink with no label after troubling me over food. I actually saw her peel it off. Granted it was falling off . But why would anyone hand me this in a restaurant . This bottled water looks suspect smh . Seal broken or not , so not appealing smh . they can do better . My cashier gave me an unpleasant experience . Wish I could have gotten her name . I really wanted to write 2 starts , but I think it is unfair to the establishment to rate them so poorly on an uneducated young cashier . She needs to be trained on better customer service . You should never tell a customer “it’s nothing I can do” smh

They started making their pizzas very thin with barely any cheese where you just see a lot of sauce. If you order crazy sauce they only fill the container halfway. Yes, their basic pizzas are cheap but you still aren't even getting what you pay for. Not worth it but if you Really want Little Caesars, at least go to the other one on 7th and Lehigh!
