It hurts to say, since this was such a favorite for years. However the value of this place has just tanked. Like many stores, I can assume the state of the world is to blame. The variety of items on the buffet had reduced while the prices have gone up. Gone are the bacon, hashbrowns, pan dulce, some of the fruit, even the peanut butter and jelly. Up has gone the price from 7.50 a person to 9 dollars a piece. The staff is a mixed bag as well. Some of the newer wait staff try to be positive and friendly. A lot of the older staff seem depressed and not really wanting to be there. It's a shame.

I’ve got to say, I had never seen a Mexican buffet until now. I was really excited to try this place but I think it was overall okay. The variety of the food was awesome but the taste of some of the items was just fine. My least favorite thing was the arroz con leche. It was super bland and mushy. The best part? I definitely loved the drinks! I tried the agua de tamarindo (tamarin) and it was delicious. I was told the agua de jamaica (hibiscus) and limonada (lemonade) were also tasty. The worst part? I would say the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The table we sat at was dirty and you could still see where the previous people had their cups on the table from the water residue. And the bathrooms were pretty bad. They were dirty and the stall doors were kinda tricky to open. It smelled bad and I wouldn’t want to use them again if I had the choice. Now, I must add that my parents and some friends of mine have been there in the morning and they say breakfast is their preference. So if you are going to pick a time to come to this restaurant, go in the morning. The food and variety is apparently better!
