Muzz Buzz

Justine is ever so polite and always friendly, she makes an amazing coffee everytime and always hands it to me with a warm smile (which I can still see behind her facemask) today when I drove in to get the coffees Justine told me that I had another free RBO coffee (i had only recently received a free coffee so didnt expect another one for a while)- this is because my friend has been buying coffees for me and him through menu log and the lovely Justine noticed the orders had my name on them (same name as my coffee stamp card) so she amazingly stamped my coffee card with each menu log order (which was a lovely suprise) thats not all- because I couldn't remember what coffee my friend gets- she went to the trouble of looking up an old menu log receipt so she was able to she what my friend had ordered in the past. Your customer service skills are on point my lady :) and I hope you know that your friendly smile is one that makes someone's day.

Their coffee is ok but when we ordered a bacon cheese toastie which they had to make from scratch they refused to remove the bacon as every place I have visited does so upon request. We were not asking them to put new ingredients in but to take something out since my daughter is vegetarian. If you cant sightly adjust to customer requirements then the business model is doomed in the ever flexible market.

I totally agree that there should be a Muzz Buzz South Lake TikTok, what a great idea. Whoever came up with that idea is a genius 🤓. It will show a wholesome FAMILY👩🏼‍🦲 like employee dynamic and will make customers feel more welcome in the Muzz Buzz South Lake store. Thankyou to whoever came up with the idea

Friendly staff. Always liked the coffee here but lately coffee taste and smoothness has been very hit or miss ever since Muzz buzz has got new take away cups. I always get a short cappuccino. In the new cups which seem to be bigger, the coffee tastes very milky. The staff has always been very accommodating in trying to make me another coffee that tastes right. I was advised that this issue has been reported by other customers too and that your head office has been made aware. Time for head office to act and make the lives of your frontline staff easier and coffee back to its previous quality before you start losing customers. Thank You.

Great, friendly and welcoming staff. There's a lady that works there that always has a friendly smile and offers us a cookie ontop of our coffee everytime without fail. Coffee tastes AMAZING for drive through coffee. I am a barista and I know some coffees taste terrible depending on the beans they use and these beans are so good!
