My Italian sub was ok they guy who prepared my sub put to much mustard on it and he left off my avocado on it when I pay for it we order online they guy didn't bother to call me to ask anything about my sweet onion teriyaki sub they was out of the meats for that he should have call and ask what else I can substitute this for instead waiting till the customer get there.

We went to the store around 10 am for subs. This was one of the worst Subways we have ever been to. The tables were dirty, the drink machine had some of the nozzles off of the machine. The employee didn't know how to shut off the alarm system and tried several times to turn it off. Our subs had been toasted but were cold by the time we paid for them. We will not go there again and would highly recommend that other customers steer clear also. There's a great Firehouse subs in the neighborhood!

The food was good. However the service was slow. There was ONE employee in the entire store and he was relatively new! As he was still learning, he was slow, which I don't blame him for. I blame the owner/manager for putting him on the schedule alone. A busy store, he clearly couldn't handle everything himself - they were almost out of bread (less than a dozen loaves made), he had to stop and go get the cheese we wanted since it was out, the mayo bottles were completely empty. There was only 1 kind of cookie in the case and the chip rack was less than 1/3 full as well. The ladies bathroom had zero toilet paper and almost no paper towels (and no air dryer). There was 2 people in front of us in line - 1 got 2 sandwiches (1 toasted) and the other got 2 sandwiches (none toasted). We ordered 3 sandwiches (none toasted). From the time we walked in until we walked out with our sandwiches in hand was 37 minutes!!!

I order via the app my food was NEVER delivered I called the store multiple times no answer. I haven’t been refunded my money which I went back and forth with DoorDash and no food. I tried to place a pick up order and they let the phone ring and ring.
