TERRIBLE service. Before going to work I got a coffee and she didn’t make it right. I go to pull off and put my straws in the drink and it’s a big chunk of ice in my cup so I try to break it to get my straw to the bottom and it pops a whole in the bottom of the cup and the coffee spills all over me and in my car . Thanks for making my morning

You are life. You are amazing. You definitely deserve a raise. You always make my hot carmel macchiato just right, but today it was like you made it with a dash more love. It was more than perfect.
