I normally get a bucket of KFC in Walla Walla WA but we were going through Pendleton and ordered a bucket of dark chicken but was told they couldn't do it so I settled for a mix and ended up with pretty much a bucket of reject pieces with to many wings. I will not order from there again.

Went to drive up window. Ordered small mac n chez. And side chicken strips. Sounded all good on order and paid ok. Big bummer is they forgot my sauce for chic strips. I always tell myself. Check the bag before you drive away. One time I don't then something missing. They ask questions upon order then forget.

Just picked up a 12 piece meal today on apr 22 2022, when i got home to Hermiston, opened everything up. Noticed every single piece still had feathers (deep fried) attached.

Very disappointed in the family feast deal.for 35 bucks it is not a deal for what you get. The only cool part is the half gallon of drink you get in its cool container.

I like KFC. I like the remodel and the staff are always friendly. Yet every time I go through the drive thru my order is wrong. EVERY. TIME. This is before and after remodel. If I'm going to pay $13 for 3 little chicken strips, I would like to receive what I order. REMEMBER to check your order BEFORE you leave the drive thru.
