The staff was amazing, their computers were down so they had to do everything on paper and cash only. They did so well under the stress of all that. Good job! They got our order perfectly even with changes to the burgers.

This is one of the franchise stores that raised their prices on their junior bacon cheeseburger four for four. It's now $5 for that meal despite the sign on the board still saying $4. If I had more time I would have made a stink about it. Not really worth it over a dollar but it's still false advertisement. Employees were nice

We hopped on to the online menu and saw a family deal that we wanted, so when we hit the drive through we would be ready. The person receiving our order didn't know what we wanted so we pulled out and ordered online. The online menu said it would be a 30-40 min. before the order was ready. So we went inside to inquire since the place was empty. The staff was nice and the manager knew what to do and started our order right away. 12-15 minutes later we loaded up, handed out the food and drove away. Right away my son opened his burger and stated that it was cold. I jokingly responded "cold or cold?" And he said "it's cold dad". I touched it and it was literally cold to the touch. Mine was the same and the fries where soggy...very disappointing. Wendy's is always on point.

Our order was completely cold, when I called to have the issue fixed I was screamed @. By a so called Manager named STEPHEN. He was rude. Unprofessional and looked Very unkept and Angry..
The lovely gal working the counter was delightful , shame she has to put up with Manager's that treat customers and staff like that. As for us we will not be back

I LOVE Wendy’s food. But this location is by far the worst fast food joint in Pendleton. Lobby is never open, food is never correct. They gave me the wrong order several times. the last time, they took back the other order. Which I’m sure is some kind of violation considering I had my bare hands all over the food taking it out of the bag. Given them several chances and they don’t get better.

Only took 20 minutes to get a burger.
And we were the first inline.
Horrible service, 6 staff and it took 10 minutes to order.
Definitely won't be visiting here again.

Takes at least 20 minutes for your food because all they really focus on is the drive through. But all the employees are very nice.
