Kfc

This is a Taco Bell and KFC combo restaurant. The food was fine once we got it. It seems they are short staffed perhaps(?) We and about 15 other people were waiting for food about 20 minutes. Other customers were complaining and huffing and puffing. The girl at the register kept her cool, stayed friendly and upbeat despite the delay on chicken. I ordered the Crunch Supreme, it was so thin and looked nothing like the picture. I regretted not getting the additional taco, because I thought the Crunch Supreme was going to definitely be enough.

My wife and I stopped in KFC for a quick meal on the way home after a long day. We noticed several people waiting in the dining area and a few looked very frustrated. We thought about going somewhere else but we were tired and ordered our food. After several minutes we watched one customer tell the staff he was leaving, not willing to wait any longer and not even requesting a refund. After at least 30 minutes we got our tacos and chicken fingers. The tacos had a little bit of meat and some shredded cheese that was scattered in the bag, shells broken in several pieces, obviously thrown together with total disregard. My wife ate her chicken fingers and I put the tacos where they belonged, in the trash. The staff was struggling to keep up (and they weren't) and although they were moving fast it was apparent their lack of direction had taken a toll on their efficiency. Every customer in the dining room was upset, some voicing frustration at the staff. I do not enjoy writing a review like this but this establishment needs immediate attention. Some restaurants continue to use under staffing as their excuse for poor service but they should remember who is responsible for staffing adequately and it is not the customer. When you make excuses rather than taking corrective action, your customers will find a better place to eat.

This is the worst KFC ever ,the food is dry and over cooked and we had to wait for 25 minutes to get so called fresh cooked chicken plus they gave me the wrong order, and only half the order was in my bag. Plus the kids working don't know what is on menu for the price. Also a customer started a fight with me for trying to make my order correct. On other occasions the restaurant has left parts of the order out claiming that they only give you one gravy for two mashed potato. This restaurant is always nasty inside in the cooking area. I'm giving one star only because it doesn't take 0 for comets

What can I say? We haven't been to the local KFC in about two or three years because the food was so bad. Now under New Management it's no different. It took almost 20 minutes in an empty store to get a simple order for two people. The food? The new chicken sandwiches, which we had yet to try and came here only because it's the last chicken sandwich fast food that we haven't tried. They were both very dry, tough, and the crust was tasteless. Quite disappointing to say the least. I also ordered some original recipe wings just to see if they've returned to the old formula, ( because most of us know that even though they claim the recipe hasn't changed, it absolutely has). What did I get? Six tiny little oil soaked wings that bore no resemblance to the original recipe wings, they were, what can I say, very odd shaped and the crust was, well, different. You could smell the oil, it smelled like old oil. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

Order K1 (kfc meal) and “5” (which is Taco Bell ). We received two kfc meals. I took the wrong one into the store, manager told me it was my fault I ordered the wrong think I should’ve said T5. I told her we just order 5 which is what the menu said. She started screaming at me and refused service, I asked for a refund and she continued yelling stating it was my fault. She then went to cashier at drive thru and was telling that I ordered wrong, i again said I did not. She turned around and told me to be quiet that she was talking to her employee. After a continued disagreement, I went out to get husband with card. She said nothing to either one of us and ran our card with NO receipt and walked off. When we asked for a receipt she said she couldn’t give us one. My husband asked to take a picture. He did and she walked off! Corporate has been called and I hope she gets FIRED!!!

Worst place ever! Drive a little farther and go to another one! Or better yet, pick something else to eat! Ordered online so it would be ready for pickup. The doors were locked and there was a long line in the drive thru. Got in line and got to the speaker to order. Told her I had an online pickup and was told it would be 15 minutes or more. To go park. Since I paid online I couldn't get my money back and go somewhere else. They shouldn't take online orders if you still have to go through the drive thru and wait! Finally got our food and got back home. The gravy was only half full, not enough for two potatoes. And out of the 12 piece chicken, only had 1 breast. It was mostly drumsticks and a couple of thighs. I will never return to this place!

Spent 10 minutes there after ordering and paying for my food, just to finally get tired of waiting and get my money back and leave with no food. And there were still two or three other cars parked waiting for food too. If it's going to take that long, or longer, it's no longer fast food, and let me know before I order and pay next time, so I can just go somewhere else while I still have time to eat.

Your told you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes when you arrive because of staffing. I waited almost 40 minutes and when I go the food it was cold and old. I called and complained and was told to come back. When I did, I was told I had to come inside because they don’t do mistakes through window. It’s to much to post but the GM should not have that position. She is mean and nasty. Will never go there again!
