They always always always do great over at Pelham bridge st location(referring to one not in plaza) . I live next to it and go at least 4x a week and they always get my order right and it's not always the same thing. My husband agrees how great they are there! Thanks and keep up the great work! Please can we start giving them tips!!!

So a medium coffee here is $2.81. A LARGE coffee in Dracut on the corner of lake view and mammoth is 2.54….big difference for less coffee. And the cashier in Pelham said, just wait cause we are going up again.

After a long night of studying and crying, all I wanted for breakfast was a warm muffin with some butter, but the butter part was unattainable on the app to order ahead, so I went inside and asked for some butter and the lady at the front rudely says she has to charge me for it. FOR BUTTER?? A PENNY SIZED THING OF BUTTER?? Forreal?? I walked out without my butter because it’s not about the money, it’s about the PRINCIPLE.

Sitting in the corner in the comfy chairs with my clients, employees were swearing away. I would suggest checking the lobby before going off about your personal life or the dinner fails, or complaining about management and operations. If unprofessional.

This place has gone downhill recently. New staff need more training. Bait and switch of meal and drink items when they don't have the product you ask for. (They didn't make a mistake, they made a different item, brought it to the window and tried to convince us it was better than what we wanted...)

Service was good, donuts not seem very fresh.. hot chocolate was bought to keep us warm at outdoor football game 5 minutes away in Pelham, only it wasn't even to hot to drink when we got it.. disappointing to say the least

The manager here, Guadalupe, is an awful person to the employees & customers. She needs to be fired.

The one next to the post office: Is this location enforcing masks or not? Because your employees never wear their masks. One girl has it half way down her face everyday at the drive thru window. And another girl flat out wasn't wearing it making the food and only put it on once she open the window to hand it to me. Like great? That doesn't help anything because then she's breathing and touching my food.
