Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very disappointing each time you order online. The food is packed like it’s dog food and they don’t give you what you paid for. Several times I have paid for double meat and they offer me barely any at all. And when you get there to complain, there is this particular girl over there who is so rude to you. And this has happen several times. If you can go in person or don’t buy at all. I have been to other chipotle places and it’s nothing like this!!!!! Very disappointing.

Consistently the worst run location. Avoid, as they cannot handle the customer volume. At night, there is no management, and scarcely staffed. Due to lack of management, the mobile prep. line is shut down and orders are processed through the in-store food line, further increasing customer’s wait times. Regional ops. needs to stop by “off-hrs.”, and make drastic changes.

I have never been to a chipotle this poorly run. I ordered a to go order for the 8:30 time slot. When I arrived there were close to 10 people waiting on to go orders. I waited until 8:40 and finally asked when the order would be ready. They said 5 minutes. I called my girlfriend in the car and asked her to come in and just wait in the line (which was out the door). Sure enough, she got to the front to order at 8:50 and I still didn’t have my order. So when she gets to the front I went over and just asked them to make the to go order that I had now been waiting on 20 minutes past the ready time. They tried to tell us to go wait in the to go line but after we refused, after now waiting 25 MINUTES FOR A TO GO ORDER THAT WAS SUBMITTED AT 8 PM (again, we’re at 9 pm now- an hour after we ordered it 😅). The guy went over and brought us our to go order after quickly trying to make it. The manager was disappointing and seemed lazy - he was very rude and just standing and looking around when clearly the to go people needed help.
