Dunkin'

I went in today 8/5/21 and I received terrible and rude costumer service, it was a tall guy that was working there alone around 7pm and one I walked in I greeted him nicely and he greeted me very rudely along with an attitude. Also my coffee wasn’t even full all the way and he told me it was because I asked for less ice , I get this drink on the regular and it’s usually full. Not very satisfied.

This is by far the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The workers there are NOT trained at all in their job or customer service. I came here to use my free drink on a large macchiato and I ordered a latte as well as a hot chocolate, when I tried using my free drink coupon they used it for the hot chocolate and not the macchiato. She refused to use it on the macchiato and refused to cancel the order so that my coupon could be used for the macchiato. Both of the ladies there gave me an attitude not to mention they gave me the wrong drink the first time. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with

Just wanted to get my receipt for purchase and the lady yelled and screamed at me refusing to give me the receipt. I asked for her name and she turned her hat so that I couldn't read it. Her name was Nia or Nina or something like that and she spoke with an accent. She was so incredibly RUDE I was just in absolute shock!! Refusing to tell me her name or the name of the store manager.. I will NEVER BE BACK in this business again!! Do yourselves a favor don't purchase anything from these people!!WOW!!!SMH.
