Zwu's Asian Cuisine

I'm loving this place. The sushi is awesome and fresh. I especially love the sea food Chowerder which is a clear broth soup and so tasty and fresh. Every experience has been consistent. These guys are new and are worth a shot. My wife doesn't love sushi but I do so she can eat regular Chinese food while I indulge.

Food is pretty good. Delivery is clueless. Each of four times same issue. We give clear instructions on online order. Then again when they call, each time, without a clue. They always park at wrong building (there are only two). They call, we reissue instructions. They either don't or won't understand. I think they make no effort to perform their delivery task. We have to go down 3 floors, leave the building, cross the parking lot and meet him at his car. Thoughtfully, he was leaning against he car, watched and waiting for us as he smoked a cigarette. NO effort to meet us, or at least cross the lot and get to the correct building. At least they got the rice order correct this time. We are just across the downtown area. Very local. Gave online tip of 19.25% of TOTAL amount including taxes and all fees.

So this is one of the better Chinese restaurant experiences I've had in the North Shore area. It's brand new and could use some tweaks. The pan fried dumplings were a little doughy but the pork inside was tender and flavorful. There crispy beef was great. There general Gau chicken was good, but maybe would have been better if the chicken were cut into thinner pieces. Probably will go back at this point.

Food was just okay, service was slow and I sat at the bar. I was in a group of 4. 1person was separate. And when it came time for the to bills they tried to over charge us by $80 they added on 4 extra drinks then added everything from the 3person bill to the 1 person bill. And the single person bill was also wrong. Not a good experience at all and would not go back

I ordered through Uber eats and got the veg fried rice and the steamed chicken with vegetables and the food was just poor quality. The chicken almost looked uncooked still and chewy. The vegetable fried rice had uncooked vegetables in it and no flavor. The vegetables with the chicken were also very tough to chew and not cooked fully. First and last time - won’t order again.
