It would be better if it were fully staffed and the dining room was open. There wasn't even a sign on the door last time I went. I watched someone walk up to the door, find it was locked and leave; they probably assumed that the store was entirely closed.
The parking lot is cramped.

Great service. Fast and accurate drive thru. One need to fix would be the munchkins. The glazed were not very glazed. Some did not have any glaze on them.

Ok place. Dunkin Donuts in Chandler is great. Gave you napkins without asking. Dunkin Donuts in Payson gave you napkins after you asked again,with an attitude.

Breakfast sandwiches were very bland and the hashbrowns were down right nasty. All the donuts were wiped out and everyone had to settle with poor choices. They didn't even have plain glazed donuts available. Sad part is they weren't very busy which was good since there was so little choice.

I come here almost everyday after my gym session the workers are awesome and friendly. Clean place to walk in and get a coffee and a some food. There is a drive through and the lobby is open, but no seating available because of obvious reasons. They do have outside seating. Either way, great place to grab a cup a jo, and a donut!!

Visiting this Dunkin was a good experience. Great food and coffee. Angel (name on receipt) was very accommodating. With the exception of this location in our opinion many Dunkins aren't the same since covid, poor service and food.

The apple fritters were probably the best choice. The other donuts were bland with little or no flavor other than any filling. Very disappointing. The employees when taking breaks kept leaving the door open. And when the outside temps are in the upper 20's, that is uncalled for. Be observant and considerate of the customers.

Dunkin was delicious I recommend everyone to go try a refresher and grab so.e munchkins and try their bursting bubble drinks asap
