I’ve had coffee three times this week ordered wrong. Today is the last time I’ll go to this or any other Dunkin’s. It’s really frustrating and not only was this ordered ahead and then a ridiculous wait time in drive through the person who handed me the wrong coffee rolled their eyes at me so I just left with it. Disappointing. I never leave online reviews but like 👀

Usually good but basically gave me what I asked for but not the flavor or correct amount. Instead of 3 orders of hash browns I got 1 instead of 10 chocolate munchkins I got assorted and instead of 2 blueberry muffins I got 1, the coffee was made well but I felt like I just got punked

Went to get a coffee this morning and the walk up window was closed. How do they expect people who walk there to be served? Am I supposed to walk through the drive through?

This place is always slammed, but the team they have in there is like a well oiled machine. Casey (I think she's a supervisor)is amazing!! Make sure you tip this team... show your appreciation!!

Had great service here after I was treated like dirt At the Dunkin on 192 Division St. Well what do you know the vanilla chai that the Dunkin on division Street said doesn’t exist got served to me with a smile at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Cedar appreciate their service thank you for a job well done

Mistakenly drove past the intercom during a not so busy time and was told I couldn't be served unless I drove back around the building. WHAT?? Not going to happen, I thought they were joking. There was no reason he couldn't take my order. No need to get angry, I said you've got to be kidding, he said no I said thanks but no thanks and drove to the Starbucks on the East Side.
