Dunkin'

Ordered 5 minutes before entering the building to my surprise my order was ready! Quick service. Drive thru entrance is a bit confusing to enter because you can't make a left into the drive thru on Getty Ave, you also can't exit to the left either. The main entrance to the building is located on Getty Avenue but the drive thru entrance is on Madison Avenue and you can't make a left to go thru. I would definitely recommend just parking on the side street and going in. Also they only have 1 handicapped parking spot and it's on a busy road so keep that in mind as well.

Today I experienced a rude employee not wearing a mask and talking over the food. As I pulled up to pay for my order, I asked her to put her mask on and she said no. She gave me attitude and say no nothing wrong with me. Now remind you she's putting cheese on my sandwich and talking over my food and again I said put your mask on. She didn't so I declined the order. This is the second time same girl doing this. Never again. Warning!!!!!! Watch out.

Very rude and disrespectful workers trying to rush customers. Employee walked away mid order which resulted in them messing up my order. Went back to correct it and they argued with me over the order insisting they did it right, almost refusing to give me my missing items, thankfully I kept my receipt.

Dunkin’ It’s located on Madison Avenue and Getty Avenue in Paterson this DD location has been around for a very long time they haven’t renovated it yet so it’s a little outdated but it’s still very clean and the food here is pretty good and the service here is amazing I got 3 munchkins just because I was a nice customer
