Tim & Mark delivered cooker & fridge on 19/10/2023 from John Lewis.
The service was top rate, cooker installed including electric connection & wireing.
Cooker install is not easy getting levels right & moving heavy appliances which saved me a lot of work & time.
Good to deal with nice people who were very efficient, & a credit to John Lewis.
Five stars all round.

Just wanted to say that Cerian and his colleges were fantastic on Thursday evening 14/9/22. Came in looking for a photo frame last minute and asked if they had any in the stock room. Really appreciated the staff taking time to find the product I needed, they were apologetic for the wait though they needn’t have been and couldn’t have been more friendly :)

A nice visit to Cribbs as usual.
But a much smaller selection of curtain materials and I'm afraid to say I find the ready made curtains on display boring.
Also to my horror a couple walking through the curtain department with a dog. Definitely not a guide dog. Surely John Lewis aren't allowing dogs in? If so you've lost this customer. There's a place for dogs and it certainly isn't the soft furnishing department in JL.

Excellent department shop. The cafe for one is amazing, I will always recommend the savory pancakes and you can watch them make it on a giant pancake pan. The craft section in this job is extensive and actually reasonably priced compared to other craft shops. The back to school and kid ranges are great and you can get free shoe measuring and a baby starter kit list for new parents (with no minimum spend).

Very helpful assistant - Lisa - in furniture assisted in helping with a faulty mattress. Thank you for taking the time to assist with the customer, who was my elderly mother, rather than simply trying to replace at the cheapest cost to JL. Fingers crossed your input will net a positive result 🤞

We visited John Lewis on Saturday the 22nd of July at 13:00 to purchase some baby products. We were greeted by Louise on the baby section who provided us with excellent customer service. Louise was polite and friendly, her product knowledge was amazing and she helped us pick the right car seat and mattress for our cot. Thank you.

I came in to your store to get a hamper and I was so confused where to go and this lovely girl called Eleanore (I think she’s new) came to my rescue. She was so helpful and polite and made the nicest hamper!
She is an asset to John Lewis!! I hope she will get some recognition for this review as she deserves it

This John Lewis is brilliant. There are 4 floors with lots of great produce.
All the staff are very helpful and the store is always clean, well stocked, bright and airy.
There is a large restraunt on the 4th floor and there is a small cafe in the basement. Very busy but that are people on hand to direct you and help to try and make the queues go quicker. Tables are always cleaned quickly. Drinks and cakes are lovely and the food is very nice.
Staff on the shop floor and friendly and helpful.

Huge store with different levels and many products from various product ranges.
The bottom floor includes house furniture, house appliances, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, beds, garden furniture, tech, and more.
There was an unflashable lone toilet (Pic 1) which might be in a wrong place as everybody is walking by and you can see the whole store from it. (Pic 2)
