Long queue with only 1 staff member serving. 2nd staff member came out when "deliveroo" arrived. The shop was filthy and obviously hasn't been cleaned in a while. Bin overflowing as well
I visited Greggs in Cribbs Mall for the first time and was quite disappointed. I ordered a pizza, but it didn’t look fresh and was served cold. I expected better quality, especially from a well-known brand like Greggs. Unfortunately, this experience wasn’t great, and I hope they improve their food quality and freshness in the future.
Not the nicest Greggs unfortunately, always unclean, never any napkins in the holder. The lady tried to tell me I was past breakfast time but maybe if they had more than one person serving I would have been served on time. I arrived 20 minutes before the end of breakfast. This store is so sub par compared to other Greggs.

Management need to get their shit together why is there only one person serving every time I go in there I have been either in or gone past 20 times and every time there is only one memeber of staff looking hella stressed with a queue …
I’ve been many times, the food is almost always cold. The queue is always 20 minutes long which is crazy for a Greg’s.
