so this was interesting buy a 9 dollar pint of ice cream and have to pay 10 dollars because there is a minimum on a card...other than that i didnt have a problem with the service...I know that these Ralph's are owned separately but the one that is in lindy has no minimum and from a business stand point that would definitely get people pissed ...but like I said overall this was a first pleasant experience 🍻

Not to get myself in hot water with management since she knows me but I think we need to go back to the way Ices USED TO BE DONE/SERVED here. Lately (and I mean for the past 4 seasons or so) the servers/workers DO NOT press down on the scoops put into the cups like how it used to be done years ago resulting in a little too much space left over in the cups resulting in not fully getting your money's worth. (back then there was no scoop rule where small cups= 2 scoops, Medium=3 scoops, Large= 4 scoops)....... I understand production costs have gone up and general cost of the tubs of ices have gone up over the recent years but still thats what raising the prices are for. Taking the scoops per size cup you get thing litetally needs to be thrown out the window and the cups should just be filled fully like they used to.

Just to say... the service very attentive, greeting with a great energy! Love the variety flavors! BUT .. the prices when UP!! This location in patchogue used to have the $on every size cup. Small ,medium, large, in that way you know wish one is affordable for you. Well no any more.... got 2 ice water large and pay $ 9.75. For me, is a lot for ice water. I look for the cups prices, but they do not have it anymore for the customers to see it. My suggestion.. .ask before you order $$ how much it is. Very clean place, very attentive workers , bababoom variety of flavors. Bit to expensive. Wishing you all a BABABOOM AMAZING 2019 SUMMER!! Muuuuah. Be all safem

Been coming here for years and always love the service I get and the ices. Only ever encountered 1 problem which was last year when I gave the girl a $10 bill and instead of getting $6 change back from my $4 purchase she gave me $1 back. I always tip 25 cents when i go so I just kept track of all my visits after this visit and didn't tip until I got the $5 back lol.
