The staff at this location is so unprofessional. A staff member by the name of Joel was arguing with a customer over the counter. He was rude, disrespectful and very arrogant. He used foul language in front of the whole store. His manager was yelling at him to shut up instead of sending him to the office . If I could give a no star review on the staffs performance I would.

Honestly. Worst DD ever. A star is giving too much credit. Bathrooms are always very very dirty. Managers are so rude. The bathrooms always have vomit everywhere. They stand there doing nothing. On their phones. I ask the manager is she can send someone to clean and she says she can't. This sucks

Today i went to buy 4 of the new cosmic coolatas and only one of the 4 Came out right very disappointed I would of gone back si that they could make it again but i didnt want herto feel bad if it was someone else i would get mu minry back she didn’t know how to do them.... LAST TIME I BUY FROM THERE😤😤😤😤😤

This place had really great sevice and really fast service ..i didny lik how they couldnt alter my drink but that ok ..there donuts were fresh and ready ..also they really need to learn to BI-lingual ...not jus speak the native language ..but other than the food was great and atmospher is 👍

Headphones were stolen man ever lied to my face said she checked camera's and never seen me with a pair.I was at the counter ordering with my phone and headphones in hand she never left the registers to check camera the employees must have stolen for her to lie should be fired for treating me like I'm nobody because I'm homeless her name is Maria.then made comment just now when I asked her last name that her name was Maria I'm leaving

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever ! The service was very rude. Workers were saying foul language and one of them was very bothered when asked for whip cream and more. DON'T RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

Great place....coffee good. Homeless people place to sleep in the dead of winter and local police trying to kick them out....shame. Some people are there because of circumstance...help them....Christ would.

Nice staff, who is knowledgeable of coffee. Every time I go there, they run out of straws and napkins, and the floor is sticky.
