Best IHOP dining experience we have ever had. Our local restaurant needs to take lessons from the staff at this location. Didn't have to wait to be seated, the host seating us was polite, our waitress met us with a smile, our food was hot and delicious and she also offered me a French toast platter I didn't even realize existed. Kudos to IHOP here.

This ihop was pretty good it was great that we were able to eat right now that they have the unlimited pancakes. Even though they are smaller than the original ones they are still good, the service was pretty fast and the waiter was good at her job filling up our coffees. The food was awesome and real hot just how I like it.

The IHOP on Route 68 in Pasco WA was great during the last visit. As someone over 55+ the menu options include at a great price my all-time favorite meal. Get the turkey and gravy with garlic toast. Included are two sides. Mine are ALWAYS steamed 🥦 broccoli and the hot and savory Mac 'N Cheese. When you add a Diet Pepsi...it doesn't get any better. The service is awesome as well. You won't be disappointed. 😉
