This place gets super busy and they are always shirt staffed. That said, be kind and patient. The employees are super kind and are working hard with what they have. The food is basic subway, nothing to wow, but they have the best options for healthier choices in the area.

My wife and I stopped by this specific Subway in Pasco on Court St. We were helped by Keegan. He made 6 sandwiches for us. There was a female worker assisting him but didn't get her name. Moreover the sandwiches are the bomb! from fresh veggies to bread.

The one in Pasco is cool they at least they take the coupons u get in the mail. the ones in Kennewick don't take them at all just fyi

This is subway has a good team. They pay good attention to your orders and they are fast , the line was to the door and these guys killed it busting out sandwiches left and right. 100% recommend here.

They had a motion activated witch decoration for Halloween that would screech and then laugh every time it was activated and I'm pretty sure the human helping me at the drive through murdered it because it went off like 27 times in a row and then they were like, "EXCUSE ME A MOMENT" and then... Silence.
Good sub--they always do it right. Guac instead of sauce 👍

Excellent service. Huge lunch rush due to cross country state meet which Andrew and his team handled beautifully. Able to serve more than 30 customers within a reasonable time and maintained a pleasant atmosphere. This Subway puts the "art" in sandwich artist.

A few months ago I vowed that I would no longer eat at this Subway location, it seemed like everyone who worked here at the time hated their job. I decided to give them another chance since it is now so close to my place of work, and holy cow it's 110% better than last time I was in. The staff now is super friendly and happy to help, I like to earn them since I usually have a very odd order but they never complain or show any sign of attitude. This location had done a full 180 and they're headed in the right direction! Keep up the good work Subway.
