Subway

This has got to be the most understaffed, slowest, most unfriendly, group of employees I’ve EVER encountered in my life. I’ve had to walk out over several different times, due to it taking 30+ minutes JUST to even take my order! It’s literally only 1 employee there at a time and it doesn’t help when the 1 employee moves like a sloth. SUBWAY MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO BETTER with you employees AND staffing. Y’all applied for this job, not the customers that are coming in.

When I first walked into this subway , everyone working here had a nice attitude; however, Cynthia was one of the worst people I have ever witnessed at this subway. I would recommend going with anyone else but her, she was extremely rude to me and my family. I asked for the meal of the day as soon as I ordered and while making my sandwich she was giving me and my family a horrible attitude. As soon as I payed I asked for my drink and my cookie which comes with the meal of the day and she insisted that I never asked for the meal of the day and if this was the case how else would she have known what kind of meat I wanted on my sandwich. Cynthia needs better manners towards customers.

I love going to this place the staff are always nice to me.I was really hungry and it’s been a long day at work. I go to subway for my lunch break and as I walk in , the girl says hi but not smiling or anything, you can tell she was annoyed. I tried to start a conversation, meanwhile she was getting ready to help me, but was ignored. Then she’s like “what can I get you.” She is just staring at me. I didn’t feel welcomed there so, I was just like never mind, then walked away.
