It was Superbowl night and our last night in LA. Kids were super bored so we took them here. Very empty, even better. Pizza was GOOD! Manager there was very nice and helped us out when we had an issue with unable to get the fun e-cards after paying the kiosk. If we're back in the area we'd come back.

First time at this location and I was definitely expecting a decent time. I'm only giving this a 2 star because I was refunded for food/beverages only. Although I spent $160 & was only refunded half! Arriving we ordered food, drinks, (3) sixty minute play cards & found a table. We ate a bit because our child obviously wanted to go play (where a kid can be a kid). Leaving the table we left trash piled up nicely and aside we left our newborns baby food, baby spoon, baby blanket, a lot of pizza and our drinks. Common sense we weren't leaving yet. Mind you our baby blanket, baby spoon, baby food was completely new. We walked away for 5 minutes to watch our son play and within those 5 minutes our table was wiped out completely. Every item I mentioned was thrown away. Literally thrown away. We asked the guy on the floor why was our table wiped off? We just got here. He stated that the manager told him every table needs to be cleaned no matter what. I then asked for the manager, she was offering to go in the trash & pulling out our items so she can clean it as much as she can just to return it back to us. What the heck?! She leaves and returns stating that it was already thrown out to the dumpster, so they can't be returned. I don't think that's true, I believe our items were found but damaged already or she just didn't check. Which I didn't want the items after all anyway. So she did offer to reorder our food, we declined and wanted a refund but she still gave us the food. The food wasn't even what we ordered in the first place. But I guess she tried. Not happy at all! It was a bigger location but the customer service sucked. They shouldn't make their customers feel like they should rush out considering how much money we do spend. As we were exciting the scanner wasn't working to check our hands for matching numbers with the family. Doesn't seem safe! That is why every time my child goes to play, I go with him. Our children's safety should always be taken into consideration in this place.

Way over priced. I could have went to Dave and Busters and paid 25 dollars less. And would have spent more time. Chuck e cheese is now on a points or min system which is awful. The service people really push you to get the minutes but a hour goes by so fast. The coin on the card was much better. It used to be 120 point for like $30 bucks now its like 60 min for $27 dollars or 60 points for $27 dollars. Plus food up grades you spend like $200 for one hour. Good host experience for a walk in birthday but I did request 90 min and it wasn't honored and when I asked for my upgrade because I did request it the manager said that it had to be done at the time of the transaction. I did but it wasn't honored.. She wanted to argue I did not. So I left it alone it was my childs 🎂 birthday. So I don't know who is to blame me for going to chuck e cheese or chuck e cheese and the money I spent! Plus all the families in here look mad!..

Decided to order a pizza to take out because years ago they were actually really good. We ordered one and it was sealed and brought it home and to find out it was the wrong one , went back and told them what I wanted they made it , and it was again the wrong one . We got our money back and it was a waste of 1 1/2 time. This is why they closed al.ost all their locations very poorly managed

The kids enjoyed themselves in a location that is very kid friendly. The staff was fun and seemed excited even though they probobly have the same routine everyday. It's great to see people enjoy their work. It makes me want to go back and say thanks for being professional. The pizza was good. An overall good experience for the munchkins and my wife.
