Staff is always polite and usually gets mobile orders ahead of time. Been coming to this Starbucks for the past 6 years and can’t remember if they ever got my orders wrong. Appreciate the staff !

Staff is friendly and trying to be on their game. They are pretty efficient and fast in getting the food out to you. The restrooms have a code, to keep out the homeless from piling in the restroom and sleeping, leaving paid customers from being able to get into the restroom and wash hands.Homelessness and the homeless seem to linger around the establishment but once the manager notices them, they are asked to disperse.

I had a delicious Pumpkin spice latte here this morning. A nice Starbucks located right next to the Gold Line train station and CVS store. I like this Starbucks. The only downside is homeless people using the bathroom to clean up for 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. This is a problem which effects many businesses in Pasadena including our public libraries, fast food establishments and public parks.

First time visiting this location and the staff here is phenomenal! I asked about the cold brew options and Ari, the barista, informed me of the level of sweetness/bitterness of the drink. Furthermore, had some issues with a code that I had received and Charlene, stepped in, and assisted to make the transaction seamless. Kudos to these two individuals working the front and making my experience positive!

Shout out to Joseph and his crew!! This Starbucks team is the best I have ever encountered! Everyone has a great attitude and is genuinely interested in how every customers day is going. The service is awesome, the efficiency is on point, and the atmosphere makes you want to stick around a few extra minutes! Thank you to Joseph, and to this whole Starbucks crew!!
