We are a recurrent client, every time there is a birthday in the office we normally order from you guys but this time I called, 3:30p.m. 9/28, the person who answered the phone was rude and completely unprofessional. She wasn't able to locate our company and straight up said "I think you are not our client and you don't buy from us" and I asked her if I could just get the price of a Carrot cake and she straight up told me NO until she locates our file on the computer. At this point without asking she put me on hold and I waited for her to answer the call again and tell her how rude she had been, she disregarded/ ignored my comment, asked me what I wanted, I just replied, you know what nothing thank you. She just hanged the phone. I'm not sure if she is the owner, or an employee. But reviews are reviews, and I'll post this comment in google and yelp.

Excellent five star wholesale bakery. They make beautiful pastries cakes tarts and breakfast pastries. Purely wholesale though if you just want to order a cake you can order from MiPiace Pasadena and get a beautiful cake from PBC. PBC always goes above and beyond my expectations making the most delicious sweet treats.
