Starbucks

This place is a very nice Starbucks, despite being rather small. Its my go-to location for getting my drinks. The staff there are always courteous and seem to genuinely enjoy working at the location. My drinks (I get frozen ones) are always made correctly and taste good, and the food is always nice and hot when I get home, since they make it so warm. They also, whilst doing all this, work quicker than most other places I go to. Basically, they're one of the best in the area.

Clearly you don't need any politeness or even common decency to work at this store. Most of the staff there is always polite and quick to answer questions or remake a drink, but that has NOT been the case recently. Several days ago I spoke to a very abrasive "supervisor" by the name of Anna Marie, and I would LOVE to know who interviewed her for a supervisory position because CLEARLY the vetting process is a joke. I've never seen a supervisor speak to CUSTOMERS the way she does and the way she speaks to her staff is appalling, I'm surprised this location has any other employees with someone like that in charge. Never going here again purely from this experience, and I suggest you take more caution in who you let represent your business

This store is incredibly inconsistent I've been going to this location for over 7 years and this past year has been awful service they are constantly out of product and won't make compromises even when the shortage is on their behalf. I started ordering online to pick up in store to save myself time because the lines are usually long but when I arrived at the store on a Saturday at 5:00pm the doors were locked I paid for a drink I never received if thats going to be the case don't accept the order placed seriously look into better management if you're going to continue increasing the cost of these beverages I'll pay the price but I expect it to be right
