Starbucks

The younger people that work here are always nice. Otherwise, this isn't the largest Starbucks out there and the indoor seating is limited. Plenty of outdoor seating, though. Although, that won't be great in the winter months. The internet is great if you're downloading or streaming, but not so great if you're uploading documents, large images or videos. There was a guy playing a video game on his laptop, so I'm assuming the internet is at least that good.

Imagine being up all night with a sick kiddo going to the store to grab medicine and stopping to grab your wife of two kids her favorite morning helper (pink drink). Now.. Imagine showing up to the Starbucks 5 minutes before they open to be completely ignored as you tap on the glass just to get their attention to see if they can make that for you... Now imagine after being ignored for a few minutes one of them throws their hands up at you in frustration and then they go back to ignoring you.... I'll never purchase from this location again simply for the lack of humanity or compassion in a moment of need. I hope your routine set up and chatter was more important

Awesome closing staff tonight, I stopped in right before they closed and the staff was super friendly and upbeat, happy to help me, and made my coffee just how I liked it. Exceptional customer service, which is so hard to find these days! The guy who was closing deserves a raise! I wish I would have caught their names, but there were only 2 people working tonight at this location, so hopefully it's easy to figure out. Thank you again! Would definitely recommend this location!

This place is crazy busy even for a Starbucks! I often see lines that are too long to make it worth my while to go here. I suppose if I had a gift card or some free time I would probably give them my business. I have no complaints about the service or the quality, only that it is near impossible to get in and out within a 15 minute or longer time frame.

My sister and I went to a starbucks within the area, and they completely messed up 3 out of 3 of our drinks. they all tasted like milk, and our pink drink was red. We asked them to re-make one of them and they gave me horrible attitude. I was incredibly upset, so I drove over to this location, and asked if there was anything she can do. Not only did she offer to re-make mine and gave me a bigger size, she remade all 3 of our drinks, no complaint, and with the kindest smile. This amazing employee Emma, had the kindest heart and made me feel so much better about it! My biggest fear is complaining so i was so afraid she’d be upset with me asking.
